Cancellation of Order Before Receiving Goods

Where items are being customised: If you need to cancel your order you can do so at any time. You may incur charges if your order has already been started and garments have been customised. In cases where the order hasn't reached production stage you would be entitled to a full refund.

Where items are not customised; These can be cancelled at any time

Returning Goods

In order to provide an efficient service to our customers Kosi Kare applies the following procedures and policies for the return of goods.

Kosi Kare will accept the return of embroidered/printed goods only if they are incorrectly supplied of faulty, We do not accept return of specially manufactured garments unless faulty.

ALL GARMENTS MUST BE CLEAN AND WITH ANY ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

If you wish to return any items please contact Kosi Kare by phone, fax or email to arrange a returns number.

Kosi Kare does not accept return carriage charges unless previously agreed before return of garments. We appreciate your help and cooperation in providing this service to our customers.
